Join our Expanding Team. Pioneer Pump Solutions is a leader in the supply of diesel and electric pumps sets for hire across the UK. We are looking for a suitably experienced and motivated person to join our team in the role of Regional Sales Manager working out of our Ipswich Depot. The RSM will develop and create strong sustainable relationships with customers, helping them choose the correct pumping solution for their application.
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, and with support from the National Sales Manager you will be responsible for maximising Pump & Services hire revenue opportunities from existing account customers and winning new business.

Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, and with support from the National Sales Manager you will be responsible for maximising Pump & Services hire revenue opportunities from existing account customers and winning new business.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years' previous field sales experience is preferred and experience preferably in the sales or rental business for plant hire equipment, rotating equipment industry or similar industrial environment
* Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in profitable business generation
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
* An effective negotiator and problem solver with the ability to work effectively under pressure with minimum supervision
* Proficient in MS Office packages including Excel, Word, and CRM systems
* Driving Licence (Essential)
