A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join my clients team in their Wakefield, West Yorkshire offices.

Duties:
• Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a Senior Private Client Solicitor .
• Managing diaries and arranging appointments.
• Preparing and drafting legal correspondence from dictation including Wills, Lasting Power of Attorneys and other legal documents.
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
• Dealing with client queries and requests.
• Managing billing and expenses.
• Liaising with clients, colleagues and third parties.
Skills:
• Previous experience as a Private Client Legal Secretary in a law firm – minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Experience of Digital Dictation would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong IT skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
