Electrical Engineer – Radlett
Newstaff Employment is hiring a qualified Electrical Engineer in Radlett to carry out nationwide site surveys and maintenance work, where you will assess residential developments and create accurate installation plans for electric vehicle infrastructure.
Location: Radlett (Field-Based – UK Travel Required)
Salary: £32, – £37, per annum (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
1. Travel to multi-dwelling residential developments across the UK to conduct detailed site surveys
2. Identify available power supplies and complete load testing to assess installation feasibility
3. Analyse survey findings; therefore, you produce accurate reports, maps and installation plans
4. Draft clear project scopes of work in line with current electrical regulations
5. Work closely with property managers and internal teams to ensure survey accuracy
6. Maintain detailed records of survey data and installation information
7. Complete company asset maintenance using specialist equipment provided
8. Support approved contractors during the installation phase to ensure compliance and quality
Essential Skills & Experience
9. Qualified Electrician with relevant industry certification
10. Strong working knowledge of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
11. Experience carrying out surveys and electrical maintenance testing
12. Valid UK driving licence
13. Ability to travel nationwide and attend office days in London / Hertfordshire
14. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
15. Confident communication skills when working with clients and contractors
