Our client, a respected non-profit organisation based in Blackfriars, Central London, is looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis.

๐ฐ Pay Rate: ยฃ16 per hour
๐ Hours: 9 am - 5:30 pm (5 days in the office)
๐ Location: Just a 2-minute walk from Chancery Lane train station!
Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Your warm demeanour and professionalism will set the tone for an inviting workplace! ๐
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and visitors with a smile and courteous professionalism.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently. ๐
Accurately take and relay messages to the right team members.
Ensure the office space is organised and well-equipped for all activities.
Manage courier services for both incoming and outgoing deliveries. ๐ฆ
Set up and assist with meeting room equipment.
Help with various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Skills and Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. โ๏ธ
Professional appearance and attitude.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Comfortable using phone systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
