We are looking for a fixed-term HR Generalist / Advisor (16 months). The Human Resources Generalist provides innovative solutions and support to the ZoomInfo UK site. In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders and other HR functions to support the ZoomInfo’s people strategy and goals by leveraging effective communication, strong analytical skills, and teamwork.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Day-to-day HR transactional activities, which include generating letters, internal transfers, running reports, creating presentations, etc.
2. Conduct exit interviews, ensure information integrity, and analyze information for themes. With guidance, make recommendations to business leaders and HR based on analysis.
3. Maintain the daily operations of HR departments by executing HR policies and procedures, initiating resource planning and recruitment, and maintaining interdepartmental communication.
4. Create onboarding plans and educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
5. With guidance, analyze and maintain attrition rate, internal promotions, employee performance appraisals, investigations, and employee relations.
6. Assist the learning and development department in planning and implementing various training programs, employee relations, and exit procedures.
7. Handle disciplinary matters related to violation of policies and regulations and address employee grievances with guidance from HR Leadership.
8. Support performance management activities and provide guidance to leaders on coaching, performance plans, and monitoring performance.
9. Respond to Human Resource inquiries, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate resources.
10. Recommend process improvements or changes that will improve effectiveness and/or efficiency of operations with the business as well as the HR team.
11. May coach leaders on a variety of people management efforts including performance management and calibration, leadership and associate development, and talent management with guidance from HR Leadership.
12. Oversee and support all administrative activities in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
13. Office management: workplace policy, kitchenettes food & supplies, restroom supplies, cleaning service/ staff, office supplies, postal service, mail, packages, shipping, customs, printing, meeting rooms, guests visits, etc.
14. Track and control invoices and orders to ensure budget compliance.
15. Collaborate with the People Experience and Facilities teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
16. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
17. 5 to 8 years of experience in human resources.
18. Working knowledge of regional laws. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
19. Effective verbal, written, communication, analytical, and organizational skills
20. Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment and to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints while maintaining attention to detail
21. Ability to resolve conflicts, solve problems, and/or develop alternatives
22. Proven record of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality with proprietary and sensitive HR information.
23. Can-do attitude with a delivery focus and a ‘no job too small’ mentality
24. Eager to learn and grow and a willingness to try new things and ask questions in order to learn
25. Experience supporting Sales organizations preferred
26. Intermediate ability with MS Office and Google Suite
27. Workday experience preferred
