Purpose of the job:

To help deliver the business's marketing objectives by providing high-quality administrative and marketing support across all brands and departments.

To take a leading role in the day-to-day use of HubSpot, supporting lead management, reporting, client communications and campaign activity, and acting as a point of contact for guidance and basic training across the business.

To assist in the execution of marketing activity, including lead generation campaigns, newsletters, social media scheduling, website updates, intranet maintenance, marketing materials and ensuring documents and presentations remain on brand.

To help ensure effective delivery of marketing initiatives through accurate data management, clear communications, and operational support to the marketing team and key stakeholders across the business.

Job summary:

As a member of our busy marketing team, you will play an integral part in supporting departments across the business to deliver their objectives.

This is a varied role combining marketing support with significant responsibility for CRM management and client communications. A major part of the position will involve working in HubSpot to support lead management, reporting and the delivery of regular client communications. Over time, you will be expected to develop strong working knowledge of HubSpot and become the main point of contact for queries, guidance and basic training across the business.

You will support lead generation campaigns by helping to set them up in HubSpot and on the website, ensuring leads are accurately captured, tracked and reported. The role also includes maintaining data quality, assisting with segmentation and email activity, and producing regular reports.

Alongside CRM responsibilities, you will provide marketing administrative support to the team, including assisting with the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations and information literature, and helping to ensure documents and presentations remain on brand.

You will also assist with the creation and distribution of internal and external newsletters, scheduling social media content, supporting website updates, maintaining our intranet and contributing to general lead generation activity across our brands.

From time to time, you may support the planning and delivery of events and provide general administrative and project support to the Head of Marketing and other key stakeholders across the business.

Key skills and personal attributes:

* Support the day-to-day use and development of HubSpot, including maintaining accurate data, managing lists, assisting with segmentation, producing reports and supporting the delivery of regular client communications.
* Assist with the set-up of lead generation campaigns in HubSpot and on the website, ensuring leads are accurately captured, tracked and reported.
* Develop strong working knowledge of HubSpot and act as a point of contact for queries, providing guidance and basic training to teams where required.
* Assist with the creation and distribution of internal and external newsletters.
* Schedule and publish social media content in line with the marketing plan and brand guidelines.
* Support website updates, including uploading content such as blogs, pages and campaign materials.
* Maintain and update the company intranet and marketing resources.
* Provide marketing administrative support to the team, including assisting with the development and updating of brochures, presentations and information literature, and helping to ensure documents and presentations remain on brand and compliant.
* Contribute to general lead generation and marketing activity across all brands as required.
* Provide administrative and project support to the Head of Marketing and other key stakeholders across the business.
