This is a unique opportunity to shape a specialist department, develop client relationships, and play a key role in the firm's strategic expansion.
What you'll do:
1. Advise on education matters, including SEND, EHCPs, exclusions and safeguarding
2. Support schools, academies and local authorities on governance and compliance
3. Develop and deliver a strategic business plan to grow the practice
About you:
4. Qualified Solicitor with at least 8 years' PQE in education law
5. Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and business-minded
6. Proven ability to build client relationships and generate work
