We are looking for a passionate Technical Coach / Lead Technical Coach to offer a football training programme to our youth players.
You will be entrusted to lead sessions for the whole centre. Leading on an effective coaching programme for players aged U7 to U16. The role of the Technical Coach is to support the development of players within the Capital Girls Development programme by designing and delivering high quality coaching sessions and reviewing player progress against their individual development plans.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities / characteristics include, but are not limited to:
* Delivery of the Capital Girls Game Model
* Assist in the identification and recruitment of talented young female players into the Capital Girls programme
* Session plans to be produced and recorded for every session delivered
* Occasional Match/Tournament preparation and evaluation to be conducted and recorded for all fixtures
* Pro‑Active and dedicated mindset to growing the level of the womens game and ultimately the number of players entering the womens footballing pyramid
* Understanding that success looks different for everyone and we do our best to stretch the strivers and support the learners
* Be able to commit to a minimum of 6 hours contact time a week

Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for you to have:
* Minimum FA Level 1 (Higher Roles available for higher qualifications)
* Experience working within the womens and girls football industry
* Understanding of womens footballing pyramid and entry routes to higher levels of the game
* Experience working with talented players both within the FDP / YDP
* Verified FA/Enhanced DBS Check
* Up to date IFAIF Qualification
* Up to date FA Safeguarding Children Workshop
