🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be hands‑on from day one, learning real skills that matter:
* Diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical issues
* Carrying out servicing and repairs to BMW standards
* Performing routine maintenance and vehicle checks
* Spotting potential problems before they become costly
* Helping customers keep their cars running smoothly
👀 What We’re Looking For
* Level 2 or 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
* A genuine interest in cars and how they work
* Problem‑solving mindset—you like figuring things out
* Team player, but also confident working independently
* Someone who wants to build a long‑term career, not just a job
