Job Overview
We have a permanent position for an experienced IFA Administrator. You will be part of an admin team providing support to three IFA's. We are family run business specialising in pensions & investments.
We are looking for someone with experience in Pensions & Investments and Intelliflo/IO back-office system.
Your main duties will be:
Report checking – Reviews and compliance reports
Compiling summaries of clients' portfolios
Writing of initial suitability reports in conjunction with the IFA
We would like you to be a team player with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with clients, providers and colleagues.
Other skills should include:
Ø High level of administration and organizational skills
Ø Reliability, a sense of responsibility
Ø Proficient IT skills in core Microsoft Office systems.
Ø Good knowledge of Intelliflo
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
Ø Professional telephone manner

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
