Bright Beginnings Montessori Preschool is seeking a warm, caring, and dedicatednursery teacherto join our Pukeko community. This position is to coverparental leaveand offers the exciting opportunity to grow into apermanent full-time rolefor the right candidate.
About the role:
* Care for and support children agedinfants to 2.5 yearsin a calm, enriching Montessori environment
* Foster independence, curiosity, and developmental growth through age-appropriate learning experiences
* Maintain strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
* Uphold daily routines, primary caregiving and documentation in line with our Montessori principles and licensing standards.
Ideal candidate will have:
* A passion for early childhood education and the Montessori philosophy
* Provisional or fully certificated in ECE
* Experience working with infants and toddlers in a licensed childcare setting
* Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
* Reliability, flexibility, and a nurturing, gentle approach to care
* Flexibility to work between 7am and 5.30pm.
