Overview
We’re looking for a hands‑on, adaptable IT Technician to troubleshoot on the help desk and install/manage data infrastructure. Your day will involve Windows servers, Office 365, network cabling, switches, routers, Wi‑Fi, CCTV, and VoIP systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first‑line and escalated IT support to clients
* Install and maintain data infrastructure: copper and fibre cabling, patch panels, racks, switches, routers, and wireless networks
* Configure and troubleshoot servers, networks, and cloud‑based systems
* Assist with VoIP, CCTV, and other client systems as required
* Maintain accurate documentation of installations, issues, and resolutions
* Communicate effectively with clients and management, ensuring high‑quality service delivery
* Occasionally work flexible hours to meet client needs
Requirements
* Proven experience as an IT technician or similar role (mid‑level)
* Strong knowledge of network and server infrastructure, including Windows environments and Office 365
* Hands‑on experience with cabling, patch panels, racks and related hardware
* Familiarity with VoIP, CCTV and Wi‑Fi systems
* Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and client‑service skills
* Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.) are preferred but not mandatory
