Actual Salary: Up to £25,923.88
Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Supporting the ALS Manager in the creation of the Overview of support
* Ongoing management of timetable changes
* Management of a team of approx 25 LSWs
* Line management responsibilities including yearly appraisal process, 1-to-1s and team meetings
* Curriculum liaison
* JLO's & Learner walks
* Drive up the quality and consistency of support across the college
* Manage return and accuracy of staff timetables for audit purposes
* Support the funding and Audit Manager with collection of evidence for audit purposes
* Oversee completion of staff admin & tracking of support
* Creative and review of the individual LSW timetables
Beneficial Skills & Qualifications
* GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
* Strong line management experience
* Experience of managing difficult and challenging situations
* Experience or demonstrable knowledge of FE
* Experience of timetabling staff
* Experience of effectively managing staff absence and appraisals
* Knowledge or experience of working with SEN/vulnerable young people and adults
* Excellent computer literacy
