Paediatric Clinical Lead Birmingham / Coventry (Midlands)
Salary: £40,000 £45,000 per year (DOE) + Mileage (45p / mile)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (Hybrid & Flexible)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
We are recruiting a Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a leading UK complex-care provider, supporting children and families across Birmingham and Coventry.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Childrens Nurse who is ready to step into leadership within community complex care. As the Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will oversee paediatric complex-care packages, complete assessments, provide specialist clinical training and ensure gold-standard governance and safety.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage paediatric complex-care packages, including assessments, risk management and clinical reviews
* Complete new client assessments and contribute to MDT and commissioning meetings
* Conduct clinical audits, incident reviews and maintain full CQC compliance
* Mentor and clinically supervise nurses and support workers, including competency sign-offs
