We are seeking experienced Personal Assistants with music industry acumen to register for temporary work assignments with our world-class clients. Ideal candidates will have experience working in music labels. Key responsibilities and requirements may include: • Organising travel, itineraries, booking flights, visas, and working with travel agents. • Providing weekly and daily itineraries. • Performing diary management, liaising with all relevant parties to ensure smooth running of schedule. • Liaising extensively with artists, managers, clients, at all levels. • Screening post, calls, and emails where appropriate. • Preparing for meetings, creating briefing notes as required. • Processing invoices and expenses. • Ordering tickets for concerts/events. • Organising tables for award ceremonies and guestlists. • Attending conferences and events as needed. • Preparing presentations, reports, and documents. • Previous music industry PA experience. • Confident working in a fast-paced role. • Able to maintain high levels of administrative order. • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
