You’ll be responsible for: Supporting residents to maintain their independence and sustain their tenancies Managing tenancies day-to-day and overseeing communal facilities within the scheme Building strong relationships; working in partnership with local authorities and other agencies Monitoring rent accounts and setting up payment plans to prevent arrears Supporting other teams to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our residents Testing emergency pull cords ensuring they work for the 24/7 care provider who lives onsite Supporting tenancy sign-ups and viewings, and attending panel meetings as needed Promoting social inclusion and wellbeing within the accommodation setting Overseeing cleaning, maintenance, and repairs in communal areas Assisting with recruitment, staff inductions, and supervising contractors on-site Managing supplies, and contributing to external reporting and meetings Participating in the 24-hour rota, including sleep-ins or waking nights, as required What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone who is proactive, compassionate, and confident handling a variety of situations. Ideally, you’ll bring: Experience working with vulnerable people or within supported housing Knowledge of current and upcoming housing law and housing policy A strong understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion in housing Sound knowledge of Extra Care in Housing and Housing Management tasks Experience dealing with antisocial behaviour and resolving resident issues Familiarity with housing systems, databases, and CRM tools Excellent communication and customer service skills A flexible, hands-on approach willing to jump in where needed Confidence in providing support, guidance, and tenancy management At PA Housing, we believe in respect, integrity, and accountability.
