Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker / Senior Practitioner to join the Children & Families (MASH) Team for Bromley Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage and assess safeguarding referrals received into the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH).
* Conduct information gathering and analysis with partner agencies to determine appropriate next steps.
* Apply sound knowledge of safeguarding thresholds, risk indicators, and statutory guidance.
* Ensure that children and families receive timely and proportionate interventions based on risk and need.
* Support the delivery of a responsive, effective service focused on improving outcomes for children.
* Maintain accurate, high-quality case records and ensure compliance with Bromley's policies and procedures.
Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office
Pay Rate:
* £39.04 p/h Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Minimum 3 years' post-qualifying experience in children's social care, ideally within MASH or similar frontline service.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and inter-agency working.
