We are seeking a talented Clinic Manager for our Birmingham Clinic to lead and inspire a team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier client experiences. 3# Key Responsibilities
* Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
* Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service and all times.
* Ensuring all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
* Weekly 1-2-1's meetings with team members.
* Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
* Employee relations including probation management, disciplinary and grievance
management.
* Staff Rostering/ Annual Leave management.
* Ad Hoc duties as required.
4# Qualifications and Skills
* Management or Supervision Experience.
* Organisation and attention to detail skills.
* Mentoring.
* Customer Service experience.
