Job Description:
Our customers will measure our contribution to their success based on the value they receive from our services. TAMs are responsible for overall governance and technical service delivery. They help customers maximize the business value of their Oracle investments, achieving desired outcomes while minimizing risk. TAMs must become trusted advisors, ensure quality of deliverables, help deliver IT strategies, overcome challenges, and use best practices for Oracle technology and Cloud deployments.
The Services Portfolio includes Managed Services, On-Premise, Hybrid Cloud, Applications, Platforms, Databases (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS), and Security services, which TAMs may manage fully or partially.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage long-term customer relationships with key contacts, understanding their industry, structure, stakeholders, projects, and goals.
* Collaborate with sales, delivery teams, and customers to identify solutions.
* Coordinate delivery of Oracle Services, acting as the primary contact, and facilitate communication across Oracle lines of business.
* Ensure delivery meets contractual terms, optimizes resource use, and achieves revenue and margin goals.
* Identify and submit leads for new opportunities and renewals.
* Manage major incidents, communicating effectively with customers until resolution.
* Establish and maintain delivery governance with customer management and executives.
* Perform scope and risk management.
* Contribute to process improvements and tool development within Oracle delivery.
* Conduct periodic Service Account Planning and Reviews.
