Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager role at MAXICA CONSULTING is both strategic and hands-on, combining content strategy, campaign management, analytics, and collaboration. This position will be the primary mechanism for lead generation and digital brand building.
Responsibilities
* Digital Strategy and Planning
o Develop and execute the digital marketing plan aligned with Maxica’s business objectives, with the primary focus on lead generation, brand visibility, and nurturing client relationships.
o Define target audiences and buyer personas, focusing on key decision-makers (e.g., directors, CIOs, CFOs, VPs, Heads) in relevant industries.
o Plan content themes and campaigns based on business cycles, service launches, or seasonal trends relevant to B2B consulting.
* Website Management and Optimisation
o Oversee the company website as the core marketing asset, ensuring it communicates value propositions clearly.
o Manage SEO and content optimisation, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and technical SEO health checks.
o Track website performance using Google Analytics/GA4, Search Console, and conversion tracking (e.g., form submissions, downloads, or bookings).
o Implement lead capture mechanisms, smart forms, gated content, and automated email responses via Zoho CRM and/or Zoho Marketing Automation tools.
* LinkedIn Marketing and Community Building
o Manage the company’s LinkedIn page, schedule posts, share insights, case studies, and thought leadership.
o Build the personal brands of senior consultants or partners by coaching them on how to post effectively and engage with prospects.
o Run LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting specific industries, job roles, or company sizes.
o Monitor engagement metrics (impressions, clicks, followers, connection growth) and refine messaging accordingly.
* Content Creation and Campaign Management
o Create and coordinate B2B-focused content, knowledge articles, whitepapers, webinars, and case studies that demonstrate expertise.
o Develop campaigns around core consulting services, integrating email, LinkedIn, and website landing pages.
o Use Zoho Marketing Automation for lead nurturing workflows, follow-ups, and newsletter distribution.
* Analytics and Performance Reporting
o Establish a measurement framework, track KPIs like lead volume, cost per lead, engagement rate, and conversion rate.
o Prepare monthly marketing performance reports for inclusion in the MI report, summarising insights, performance and recommended actions.
o Use data to continually refine campaigns, landing pages, and audience targeting for better ROI.
* Collaboration and Business Development Support
o Work closely with Executive Partners and Leadership team to align marketing with client acquisition goals.
o Provide marketing collateral and sales enablement support, such as slide decks, brochures, and client case studies.
o Support client retention through ongoing communication campaigns, success stories, and updates.
* Brand and Reputation Management
o Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints (tone, visuals, and messaging).
o Manage testimonials, reviews, and thought leadership visibility.
o Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and positioning shifts.
Contract Details
* Initial 6 month contract
* Part-time flexible, 2 to 3 days per week
* £300-£350 day rate
* Remote with occasional travel across the UK for events, leadership meetings, etc.
