The role
You'll join our friendly Finance Team to help manage day-to-day finance admin:
* Process payments and set up arrears plans
* Answer queries (including GoHenry / Cleva cards)
* Collate and update financial data in our CRM & SharePoint
* Support invoicing, scanning and filing
* Flag and follow up any concerns quickly
This is a varied support role — perfect if you enjoy numbers, problem-solving and being part of a team that helps people.
What we're looking for
* Confident with Microsoft Office and basic finance/admin tasks
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise
* Clear communicator with good customer service skills
* Level 3 (or equivalent) in English/Maths/IT or qualified by experience
* Full driving licence and car (due to office location/client visits)
Desirable: experience in bookkeeping, AAT study, or supporting vulnerable clients.
