Description
The successful candidate will likely have the following responsibilities:
Line manage two Assistant Management Accountants.
Responsibility for the completion month end, ensuring that all central management accounting processes, accounting and journals are completed on an accurate and timely basis.
Provide support to the preparation of Forecast and Budget Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
To prepare balance sheet reconciliations as required and ensure reconciling items are understood, actioned and resolved quickly.
Key contact for any internal audit reviews.
Assist in planning, executing and monitoring the progress of continuous improvement projects.
Provide support for business queries.
Entry of month end journals for reporting.
Assist in the documentation of key processes within Finance.
Assist in ensuring that internal and external control recommendations are actioned in a timely manner and that internal controls are appropriately actioned in accordance with the CAD (Controls Assessment Document).
Prepare reports for the Management team of Finance.
