One of our clients is on the lookout for a calm and confident Client and Operations Manager to become the operational heartbeat of their creative business.
This hybrid role is based in Hove with some remote flexibility. It sits right at the centre of the team, where client experience meets internal efficiency. You’ll be the person who keeps the plates spinning without the drama.
You’ll be the one who keeps client communication warm, clear, and on point
makes sure projects run smoothly from pitch to delivery tracks budgets, reconciles invoices, and supports cashflow oversight manages project plans, schedules, deliverables, and timelines coordinates suppliers and freelancers owns the tech admin and ensures everything is ticking along behind the scenes spots risks or roadblocks before they turn into chaos
You’ll bring
experience in project coordination, operations, or account handling
confidence working across budgets, documents, and team calendars
calm energy under pressure and the ability to juggle competing priorities
familiarity with platforms like Google Workspace, Xero, and task trackers
a steady hand and a no nonsense approach to getting things done
Nice to have
financial or bookkeeping experience
an understanding of creative workflows or branding projects
an eye for process improvements and simple systems that keep everyone aligned
