Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience at our hotel.
Duties
* Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome.
* Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
* Maintain accurate records of bookings and reservations.
* Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
* Process payments and manage cash handling responsibilities.
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Assist in managing phone calls and emails, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Skills
* Previous hotel experience is an advantage, especially Reslynx, but not essential; training will be provided.
* Strong guest services skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members alike.
* A solid understanding of hospitality principles and practices is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
