Job Description:
The Talent Partner (IT & Contract) will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and retaining top IT talent across both permanent and contract roles. This 12-month FTC role focuses on delivering a seamless recruitment experience and implementing strategies to attract highly skilled technology professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles.
* Building and maintaining talent pipelines via direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn, and partnerships.
* Developing relationships with hiring managers to understand technical needs.
* Using data and insights to refine recruitment strategies.
* Partnering with third-party agencies to manage contractors effectively.
Ideal candidates will have:
* Experience in IT recruitment, including sourcing and hiring technical roles.
* Proven ability to develop and maintain contractor networks.
* Skills in proactive talent sourcing and engagement.
* Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
* Knowledge of IT market trends, contract rates, IR35 regulations, and recruitment analytics.
