Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Admin / Bookeeper to oversee our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisation skills and a solid understanding of office admin & quickbooks procedures. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our office, supporting directors, and enhancing overall organisation.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
* Maintain accurate records and oversee clerical duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
* Utilise QuickBooks for financial management and bookkeeping tasks.
* Implement office policies and procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
* Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors, demonstrating excellent telephone etiquette.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in QuickBooks or accountancy software is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
