Our opportunities
As part of our apprenticeship programme, you’ll have the opportunity to join one of two streams. You will either join our largest and fastest growing Audit department where you’ll gain hands-on experience with clients from day one, or experience rotations as part of our Launch Pad Scheme working in various teams before settling into a department. You’ll work across sectors, and as your experience grows, so will your responsibilities.
Recognised as an ICAEW Partner in Learning, you will study for the ACA qualification, enabling you to become a chartered accountant within five years.
You will be supported to complete a wide range of professional and personal development activities throughout the 5-year programme, both remotely and face-to-face, to equip you with the skills and knowledge for your future career.
Our trainees are encouraged to contribute to business development activities and initiatives such as CSR, diversity, and sports and social activities. This helps develop both technical expertise and leadership potential.
We are proud of our people-focused culture, recognized by rankings such as the ‘Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers 2023’ and an Outstanding Ofsted rating.
