Shift Pattern Monday Thursday
7:00am 5:15pm
Enjoy a 4-day working week with every Friday off
Regular weekly overtime available
Pay Rates Dayshift: £22/hour
Nightshift: £28/hour
Enhanced overtime rates during 13-week probation period
Paid via CIS or PAYE Umbrella (flexible options)
What Youll Be Doing Working from detailed engineering and fabrication drawings
Fabricating and welding structural steel and aluminium components
MIG and TIG welding (including aluminium work)
Cutting, grinding, shaping, and assembling steel structures
Operating fabrication equipment and overhead cranes
Carrying out your own quality checks to high tolerances
Collaborating with supervisors and team members to deliver top-quality work
What Were Looking For Proven experience in structural steel fabrication and welding
Strong MIG and TIG welding ability
Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented approach
