Overview
Courier Meals Driver (Saturday to Monday) in the Stoke area with deliveries from Wigan. Shifts: Zero-Hour Contract, 9:00am to 14:30pm (flexibility required as shift duration may vary). Must have a Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle.
This role is with ICare Group Meals, a community-focused organisation delivering meals to clients’ homes and providing wellbeing calls to support safety and peace of mind. Our mission is to enhance quality of life through great food and service.

What You Will Do
* Deliver Nutritious Meals: Safely and punctually deliver meals to clients’ homes, meeting quality and service standards.
* Conduct Wellbeing Calls: Check on clients’ wellbeing and address immediate needs.
* Provide Friendly Service: Maintain a warm, compassionate, and professional demeanour with clients.
* Ensure Compliance: Follow company policies on client privacy, health and safety, and food hygiene.
* Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and suggest delivery process improvements.
What We Are Looking For
* Customer Service Experience: Preferred in a customer-facing role, but a genuine passion for helping others is essential.
* Positive Attitude: Friendly and supportive demeanour with a passion for assisting those in need.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with clients, especially during wellbeing calls.
* Collaborator: Willingness to work with others in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility: Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends.
* Diligence: Deliveries and wellbeing calls carried out with care and professionalism.
* Valid Driver’s Licence: Clean, valid licence and a reliable vehicle.
* Work-Related Car Insurance: Hold or be willing to obtain.
* Background Checks: Willingness to undergo necessary checks.
* Weekend Availability: Able to work on weekends as required.
* Vehicle: Own vehicle and willingness to hold Class 1 Business Insurance.
