Planning Assistant (Admin) – 6 Month FTC Location - Anwick/Sleaford Working Hours - Monday to Friday ¦ 18:00 – 02:00 Contract Type - Full Time, 6-month Fix Term Contract, Site-based About the Role Join Pilgrim's Europe and play a key role in keeping our production running efficiently. As a Planning Assistant, you'll coordinate workflows, manage resources and ensure production plans meet customer demand in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Be Doing Coordinating production plans and resources to meet shipment commitments Communicating with operations, procurement, logistics and commercial teams Managing last-minute plan changes and ensuring clear communication across departments Updating and issuing daily production plans Supporting planning processes to maintain strong customer service levels Liaising across teams to ensure plans are achievable within short timeframes (0–48h) About You Strong Excel and numerical skills Excellent communication and organisation Able to work on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment Experience in FMCG or manufacturing (desirable) Knowledge of SAP (advantageous) Why Join Pilgrim's Europe?
