About the role
We are looking for a General Showroom Manager in waiting to become a part of the leading UK Kitchen Retailer. This role offers the chance to grasp the fundamentals of our business and the Wren Way, and to co-manage one of our showrooms. Once fully trained and an opportunity arises, you may take on the responsibility of managing your own showroom. We are looking for a candidate to join the team in the Southampton area and will help build high achieving design teams across multiple showrooms in the designated area.
Main responsibilities
* Train and work with experienced managers in showrooms to learn the fundamentals of managing a Wren Kitchens showroom.
* Collaborate with General Managers and Assistant Managers to become a well-rounded Wren manager.
* Drive sales to meet and exceed year-on-year showroom targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
