Pastoral ManagerBand ‘D’ Point 20 to 26 £32,597 - £37,280 pro rata (Actual salary £27945 to £31960)Start date – April 2026Permanent ContractTerm Time Only plus INSET days – 39 weeksFull Time 37 hours per weekWe are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Manager to join our supportive team of committed advocates for young people who are passionate about changing lives and transforming chances. Pastoral Care is a key strength of our provision at Langley and we support all of our young people to be, and become, the best versions of themselves. Every learner matters and matters equally at Langley.The successful candidate will have strong values and beliefs about the importance of education to a child’s success as well as a relentless optimism that barriers to education can be removed with time, love and care.
