S47 architecture is seeking an architectural assistant to join its team in London.
We are seeking an ambitious, motivated and talented Part 1 or Part 2 architect to work within a team on the design and delivery of a range of residential projects.
Applicants should have excellent design sensibility, technical ability and project delivery experience working through all RIBA stages, thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and working knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD and rendering software are essential.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
* a minimum of two years’ professional experience
* experience in design and delivery working within existing buildings in residential new build and conversions
* excellent design skills and an understanding of technical and construction detailing skills
* excellent verbal and written communication
* intermediate or advanced working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD V-Ray
* a thorough understanding of current UK Building Regulations
