My client is looking for a highly skilled Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned litigator to manage a broad range of cases, offer expert legal counsel, and advocate for clients in court and alternative dispute resolution settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a wide variety of litigation cases, including commercial, civil, and property disputes.
* Deliver clear, strategic legal advice, evaluating risks and potential outcomes for clients.
* Represent clients in court, tribunals, and mediation.
* Lead negotiations to efficiently resolve disputes without trial when possible.
* Cultivate strong client relationships, providing regular and clear updates.
* Stay informed on relevant legal developments and case law.
* Ensure all legal procedures comply with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Attributes:
* 5+ years PQE with extensive experience in litigation.
* Proven strength in advocacy, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
* Analytical with a sharp eye for detail.
* Knowledge of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Commitment to business development and contributing to the firm’s growth.
* Experience mentoring and supporting junior solicitors and trainees.
