Competitive salary and progression opportunities Generous annual leave Enhanced family and leave support Technology and lifestyle purchase schemes Private health and wellbeing support services Eyecare and dental cover options Life assurance and protection benefits Financial wellbeing and earned pay access tools Discounts platform About You Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role, or a relevant finance qualification/placement Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across teams Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload effectively About Your New Role Always Process invoices, payments, and credit notes accurately and on time Support bank, supplier, and account reconciliations Assist with month-end close and reporting processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure data accuracy Often Support payroll-related and wider finance activities Assist colleagues across the finance function as required Produce ad-hoc financial reports and summaries Occasionally Support improvements to finance processes and systems Assist with additional accounting or administrative tasks as needed Never Let small errors slip through and hope they balance themselves out Treat reconciliations as optional when the month gets busy
