You must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for Sponsorship This role will be responsible for managing the creative development of communications for our Telco Partner's rewards app. This will involve acquiring new members and also servicing in-life members, across different marketing channels including email, SMS, DM and App. The successful candidate will be part of a busy communications squad, working closely with the CVM team, Marketing Managers, Partnerships and Propositions team to deliver against customer experience ambitions, download targets, stimulating an active user base and offer redemptions. Experience in Customer Comms or related Marketing communications in B2C organisations
Copy Writing experience
Experience with AI/ Chat GBT
Experience in driving positive impact on customer behavior and commercial outcomes
Strong attention to detail and ability to think differently about how to solve communication challenges
Excellent grammar and language skills with a passion for exceptional copy writing
