The HR Systems and Data Assistant will support the effective operation of HR systems and ensure accurate data management within the Human Resources department. This role is based in central Oxford and is ideal for someone with a passion for maintaining efficient HR processes. Client Details You'll be working for a well respected organisation within the Higher Education sector, known for its commitment to excellence and impactful initiatives. You'll work alongside a small HR team to maintain the data held within the system and work with the Head of HR to implement improvements to ways of working.
