🔑 Key Responsibilities
6. Lead and execute office acquisitions and disposals for owners and occupiers across the South West.
7. Deliver high-level strategic advice to institutional clients and major stakeholders.
8. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the agency pipeline.
9. Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-service revenue streams.
10. Provide market intelligence and insights to clients, colleagues, and partners.
11. Build long-term client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
👤 What We're Looking For
12. MRICS-qualified with at least 5+ years post-qualification experience in office agency.
13. Proven track record of delivering high-value office transactions.
14. Strong leadership mindset with the ability to influence and inspire.
15. Commercially astute, innovative, and results-driven.
16. Excellent communicator and team player with strong time management skills.
