A new Management opportunity has become available within a Signage and large Format Screenprinters. We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to manage the production process from 'brief to install'. Key Duties • To manage all production staff • Ensure best practice and effective use of materials for production. • Working with the Sales and Estimating team, to ensure effective workflow from start to finish. • Quality checking on final product prior to despatch. • Liaising with despatch to ensure products are delivered on time. • Support the Production Director with other projects as and when required • To comply with the company's Health and Safety policies. Key Requirements • Experience in a similar Production Management role within the large format and / or signage industry. • Management experience of production staff. • Hands on experience with large format printers and finishing equipment. • Excellent organisational skills. • Extensive large format print or signage print experience. • Experience of operating/maintaining large format flat bed and roll printers (Arizona/Roland) Salary TBC
