Description
Reporting into the Head of HR you will take responsibility for all HR operations including:
Full employee life cycle - on boarding, off boarding, recruitment, contracts of employment
Manage and develop a team of 2 HR Advisor's
Responsible for all HR processes, procedures focusing on efficiencies, process mapping and process improvement
Manage the HR mailbox volume of work and output to the business
Managing employee engagement survey and business communications
Managing HR projects
Manage the HRIS - including implementation and embedding new HRIS in 2026Profile
Have previously worked in a HR Operations/Shared Services capacity
Have managed and developed a HR team
Have been responsible for full employee life cycle, process improvement and efficiencies
Have owned and managed HRIS
