The Role As a seasoned Buyer, you will take full ownership of the procurement process across multiple live residential development sites. Your role will be critical in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials. You’ll split your time between the office and on-site, collaborating closely with both operational site teams and the office-based management team. Key Responsibilities Oversee procurement and supply chain management across three active residential sites. Source, negotiate, and purchase materials in line with project timelines and budget requirements. Coordinate with site managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless logistics and delivery. Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage stock levels to drive efficiency. Foster strong supplier relationships and identify opportunities for value engineering and cost savings. What We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience as a Buyer in the construction or residential development sector. Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to manage supplier relationships. Capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-focused approach to procurement.
