The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Transport Administrator to join our Fleet & Transport team in Dinnington on a 1-year fixed term contract. Job responsibilities for Transport Administrator: Driver & Vehicle Compliance : Conduct license checks, update driver records, and manage fleet insurance and O-Licence requirements to ensure all vehicles and drivers remain legal and safe. Fleet Operations & Management : Oversee company and hire vehicles, manage telematics and fuel cards, and coordinate vehicle moves and parking/toll admin. Supplier & Budget Coordination : Work with suppliers to ensure timely payments, raise purchase orders, and track spend against budget. Performance Reporting : Monitor and report on fleet performance, providing key insights to the business. Competencies required for the Transport Administrator: Experience within the fleet industry is desired. Experience with Microsoft platforms such as Excel required. Excellent organisational skills.
