A large national Property maintenance company, is looking for an experienced Painter/Decotrator to be based at a large mobile site in and around the area of Covering Newbury, Andover, Basingstoke, Swindon. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team working.

Salary : up to GBP35:36K per annum + van fuel card + holiday can be paid Self employed CIS or PAYE when temp
Location : Covering Newbury, Andover, Basingstoke, Swindon
About the Role
Joining our team, youll be responsible for Carrying out responsive and planned painting and decorating to both occupied and void properties, to include glossing, emulsion, papering and treading damp and mould. Youll ensure effective preparation techniques, whilst delivering exceptional customer services, ensuring our customers always come first. Multi Skilled in plastering, tiling, would be advantageous. Youll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
* Planned painting and decorating to both occupied and void properties
* Glossing, emulsion, papering and treading damp and mould.
* Multi Skilled in plastering, tiling, would be advantageous
