The Role:
Manage relationships with key client accounts, drive growth in these accounts, liaise with clients to minimize issues, and ensure customer satisfaction and margin growth across multiple locations and delivery teams.
Drive new business growth through client acquisition and customer expansion. Collaborate across functions to ensure Evander meets its contractual obligations and maintains long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
What to Expect:
* Qualify incoming customer inquiries to facilitate new trade opportunities or redirect to other areas if necessary.
* Manage end-to-end onboarding, including:
* First line of communication for Evander Helpdesk to expedite urgent accounts and deliver immediate services.
* Coordinate with Credit Manager for emergency credit checks and account setup.
* Communicate credit facility options to prospective customers.
* Oversee digital customer account application processes.
* Build recognition and awareness of the Evander brand within your portfolio via online meetings and calls.
* Grow existing client accounts and develop new revenue streams.
* Gather competitor insights and identify drivers that affect lead conversion and revenue opportunities.
Who are we looking for:
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills for onboarding activities.
* Strong customer service and relationship management experience.
* Good organizational skills and ability to work as part of a dynamic team.
* Sales experience with a desire to develop a career in sales or account management.
* Experience working with property developers and/or large FM providers.
