Working Supervisor (Arboriculture)
Location: MOD Stafford & surrounding region
Hourly Rate: £15-15.Contract type: Permanent
Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:00
As an Working Supervisor, you will focus on the day-to-day running of the arboriculture contract, managing the planning and performance of works through area-based teams & ensuring that the required contract specifications are met. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations and the highest standards of performance.
This role will require Level 3 Maintenance (Formally CS 30 / CS 31) and Level 3 Climb Trees and Perform Aerial Rescue (Formally CS 38), Level 2 Operate a Chain Saw from a Rope and Harness (Formally CS 39), Large fall over 380mm and Level 3 Aerial Tree Rigging (Formally CS 41)
Emergency First Aid at Work + Forestry (EFAW+F) and Windblown Trees certificates are desirable but not necessary, as training can be provided.
Full Clean Driving Licence is essential.
Experience in managing teams and performance.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and risk management.
DBS required - within last 6 months or willing to undergo.
