Octopus Energy has exciting opportunities to join our field sales team as a Venues Sales Representative. We’re transforming traditional field sales and marketing and redefining customer interactions. Our mission is to make energy greener and better for everyone.
We prioritize our customers and are looking for passionate individuals to help us achieve this! You’ll be at the forefront of our brand, responsible for showcasing Octopus Energy’s offerings to the public.
This role will cover Bristol and Swindon.
What You'll Do
* Engage directly with customers face-to-face to promote our energy tariffs and low-carbon technologies such as solar panels, heat pumps, and electric vehicles.
* Assist local communities in understanding Octopus Energy as a preferred supplier by comparing our services and products with those of other energy providers, helping potential customers make informed switching decisions.
* Ensure every customer interaction delivers outstanding service.
What You'll Need
* No prior sales experience is necessary; we will provide training. If you enjoy engaging with customers, have confidence, and excel in customer service, we want to hear from you!
* High energy levels and confident communication skills.
* Experience in customer-centric roles where you've devised quick, effective solutions.
* Ability to work collaboratively, inspiring and influencing your team.
* Excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and clear communication.
* Honesty, focus, and a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
* A valid driving license to travel across various venues.
Salary: £26,300 per year
Note: Weekend and evening shifts will be required for this role.
