GH Engage are recruiting for a an electrical Shift Leader to deliver high-level commercial maintenance within a flagship, business-critical office environment in the City of London. This is a long-term opportunity, with over 4 years remaining on the contract and the building leased until 2035 - offering genuine stability and career progression. You will join a team of Shift Engineers, reporting into an Engineering Manager, supported by a dedicated day team. The Role: Continental Shift Pattern - Days & Nights Shift teams of 2 Engineers Electrical bias essential HV experience desirable (training provided for the right candidate) Delivering PPM and reactive maintenance across a critical commercial office building Supporting project works including replacement of pumps, generators, AHUs and associated plant Ensuring full compliance, safe systems of work and permit control Maintaining strong client engagement within a high-profile corporate environment Package: £55,000 salary Continental Shift Pattern (Days & Nights) 22 Shift Days Annual Leave Minimum of 22 days overtime available Long-term contract security (4 years remaining) Opportunity for HV training and progression Private healthcare Requirements: City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Engineering Strong background in commercial building maintenance HV experience preferred (or willingness to undertake HV training) Experience within critical or high-profile commercial environments Strong leadership and decision-making capability If you are looking for a stable, high-profile site with long-term security and technical challenge, please submit your CV for consideration.
