Key Responsibilities: Provide support in classrooms, adapting to the needs of different schools and age groups. Assist pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), both 1:1 and in group settings. Support teachers in lesson delivery, classroom management and student engagement. Contribute to a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment.
