Job Title: Service Administrator
Location: Chatham office ME4 6BB
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (No Weekends)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Join our small but rapidly growing client as a Service Administrator, where collaboration is at the heart of everything they do. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the service team, improving processes, and strengthening customer relationships.
What You'll Be Doing as a Service Administrator:
* Providing administrative support to service operations.
* Liaising with field engineers and coordinating site visits.
* Managing client data, worksheets, and document uploads with precision.
* Handling customer queries and preparing project invoices.
* Supporting reporting tasks and data cross-referencing.
* Answering calls and managing communications with professionalism.
What We're Looking For in a Service Administrator:
* A minimum of 2 years' administrative or Customer service experience.
* Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and over the phone.
* Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills with high attention to detail.
* The ability to juggle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset.
