Role Overview:
We are looking for a Lunchtime Play Supervisor to:
* Provide support during midday breaks, ensuring children enjoy safe, engaging, and inclusive playtime.
* Assist children during lunch, fostering positive social interactions and independence.
* Work collaboratively with school staff to support therapy programs and promote positive behaviour.
* Supervise and ensure the well-being of children across dining areas, school buildings, and outdoor play spaces.
What you will bring:
* Ability to relate to and engage with young children in individual and group settings.
* Clear and effective communication skills with colleagues and pupils.
* Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Desirable: Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) or in a school setting.
